Technical Specification
Material: The Plates and retaining clip are manufactured from cold rolled carbon steel sheet or strip conforming to grade D of IS: 513-1973 Specification for cold rolled carbon steel sheet (second revision) 01 Grade D of IS: 4030-1973 for general engineering purpose. These are zinc plated for longer life and rust preventions. Specially formed teeth penetrate belt carcks without damaging conveyor belts fibre.
ELEVATOR BUCKET BOLTS
These elevator bucket bolts are used to mount elevator buckets to elevator belts and for many other mountings. We manufacture our elevator bucket bolts in alloy steel & stainless steel as per their usage.
Our elevator bucket bolts are provided with domed conical washers or flat washer with hex or square nut as per customer requirements.
We manufacture our elevator bucket bolts in 5/16x1½", 5/16x1¼", 1/4x1", 3/8x1½", M8, M10 & M12 sizes. Our elevator bucket bolts are painted auto black or zinc plated finish for longer life & rust prevention. Packing: All our elevator bucket bolts are packed in individual strong boxes and then in export cartons as per various sizes for safe shipments and transportations.

EURO BOLT
We are Manufacturing following Elevator Euro Bucket Bolt as Per DIN 15237 in Material Grade 4.6.
• Euro bolt M12x60mm (head dia 42mm) with two pointed prongs & cup washer dia 48mm with hex nut.
• Euro bolt M10x50mm (head dia 39mm) with four pointed prongs & cup washer dia 38mm with hex nut.
• Euro bolt M8x40mm (head dia 30mm) with four pointed prongs & cup washer dia 34mm with hex nut.
• Euro bolt 3/8x46mm (head dia 39mm) with four pointed prongs & cup washer dia 36mm with hex nut.
OVAL TYPE BELT FASTENERS
These are used in lap & saddle back belt joining. These fasteners are manufactured in steel as well as in malleable casting.

RIP REPAIR BELT FASTENERS
Rip repair fastener is used for quick and economical lateral and longitudinal belt rip repairs. They can be easily and quickly installed with a hammer and block of wood.
Rip repair fasteners are used for quick joints in Rubber, PVC & Cotton Belts. Further they are very suitable for temporary repair of cracks. These fasteners can also be used for lacing belts with low tension.
The fasteners may be installed by only using a hammer and a place of squared timber.
